This year Ondademar has brought a very tropical beach look for us to wear. The collection is a combination of animal prints, mellow colors and sassy prints. Ondademar means “ocean wave” in Spanish and these designs are doing just that, rippling through the ocean clinging to their luxury swimwear clients. Their Spring 2010 line was shot for Sports Illustrated in none other than The Maldives. Yes, celebrities wear this brand too. The shell and starfish pattern Onda uses is cute, but there are the use of glowing colors, almost neon bright that set a tan off so well.

There are the tasteful use of pinks and polka dots I was not expecting but I really like. They also have a ton of accessories for the beach that I’m just crazy about, including some of their beach tunics in white. So refined. Just a little anecdote. Once in Puerto Rico the coolest swimsuit I could spot was a two piece zip up number that a mature European woman was wearing, she looked like an ex-Surf board model and of course when I asked where her swim suit was from she said with perfect Spanish accent.

Don’t be surprised when you check this suit by Ondademar out and fall in love with how much fun you can have with it. The colorful arrangement of lily flowers with a great cut suit is going to amaze you. The top of the suit accents the chest of a woman with a simple yet elegant cut, but what is so special about this piece of swimwear is the bottom. The bottom gives you two great options at wearing this suit out. It’s retro cut with an interesting banded top and slim to accent the hips and bottom of the woman, however you may not want to be so revealing all the time. This suit allows you that option by letting you purchase a great looking skirt to go with the bottom. The skirt is short and covered in ruffles to make it an attraction with definite benefits to the wearer. Even though it shows less skin, it leaves more to the imagination which makes the suit even sexier to anyone who wants to look your way.
